Tyrece Love aka "T Gemz," is a Midwest Native born and raised on the East side of Indianapolis, IN. He was influenced at a young age by some of the genres greatest artists like; Bone Thugs, Eminem, Lil Wayne, Big L, and many more. As a young kid in 5th grade, Ty has always been drawn to wordplay and multi-syllabic rhyme schemes. This influenced him to start writing at a very young age.

Overtime, after rap battles in the lunch room, cyphers in his college dorm, uploading freestyles online, his peers urged him to start recording professionally. He began to take it to the next level at age 21. Ty has performed live in Michigan, Chicago, Muncie, Indianapolis, Ft. Wayne, Ohio, and Kansas City. At the age of 27, Ty walked away from a high paying promising career in corporate America in order to pursue his passion as a Hip-Hop artist.

What tends to draw people to his music is his complex writing style, captivating delivery, and “room shaking” double and triple entendres which exhibits his vast vocabulary. His visuals, attire, and imagery are inspired by DC, Marvel, and anime culture.

Influenced by artists like Eminem, Sa-Roc, Rapsody, Jean Grae, T.D.E., Slaughterhouse, NF, Aesop Rock, and Jazz musicians like Martin Tingvall; You can expect to hear dark undertones in his instrumentation with very technical wordplay and writing structure.
